Placing an order

None of the payment processors send the payment details to us, we do not receive or record any payment details. We receive the following information from the payment processors: full name, company, email address, phone number, physical address and payment method. We use these details to deliver you the license key and provide you customer support.
Contacting us
When you contact us using the contact form via the Website or emailing us directly, any personally identifiable information you send to us is only used to identify you as a client and help with your support issue. We also archive all the emails. We do not share your email correspondence details with other third party providers. We do not use your email address collected via the online form to send you promotional emails.
Activating/reactivating the App
To use the app you have to activate it. During activation the following information is sent to the activation server: license key, registration name, IP address, computer name, hardware ID, operating system details and app details. We use this information to verify the legitimacy of the App use. The same information is also transmitted by the app periodically to the site to reactivate it.
Tracking & Cookies
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Website and App.
Data retention
We follow a standard data retention period in order to retain the customer’s personal data. We retain the customer's Personal Information only as long as it is necessary to provide our services to the user. We may retain customer's personal data for 2 years minimum, until the user consents for earlier disposal.
We review all personal data regularly and may delete the data that is no longer necessary to provide the services for. Personal Information which still needs to be retained for a longer period will be archived or kept offline in a safe manner.
