We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your license to request a refund with no question asked.

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at support@martau.com containing the identifiable information for your order (email address or order number).

If you provide us with the reason for the refund, we will greatly appreciate it.

Allow us two working days to initiate the refund process.

Please remember that it can take some time for our reseller, your bank or credit card company to process the refund and return the amount into your account.
